Healthy living means looking after ourselves and our environment, preventing diseases and following good health and hygiene rules. Living Health readers for children focus on important health topics worldwide. Each book contains an exciting story followed by a Fact File of fascinating information and activities, all based on a health theme.

Phiris Goal focuses on the importance of good dental health and overcoming fear of the dentist. The Fact File – Our Teeth – focuses on the structure of the tooth and ways to prevent gum disease and tooth decay. The series is graded into four language levels. The book implements controlled language in both the story and the Fact File. In addition the books have beautiful illustrations in full colour and a word list.
